Development of the company
On June 21st, 1948 Wilhelm Güde registers an industry producing lockwashers. The production runs as a sideline; his regular occupation is a job as a baker. All produced lockwashers are exclusively to the company Schade in Plettenberg. The producing machines are built by Wilhelm Güde himself.
1950 he resigns from his regular occupation as a baker. 1955 the first employee is engaged. 1972 Wilhelm Güde dies at the age of 62. 1973 his son Friedhelm Güde enters the company. 1975 Güde builds an annex of 1200qm for production and stocking. 1980 the lockwashers production of Schade is taken over by Güde. 1990 Güde resettles into the industrial area Köbbinghausen.
The company moves into a new building of 4700qm which is for production, shipment and office. 50 employees are occupied with production and sales of lockwashers. Over 50% of the production are exported. |
